Electric powered, easy building ARF for jet fanciers
Kyosho's new T-33 Shooting Star EP Ducted
Fan Jet is something out of the ordinary -- it's a plane
that offers the looks and excitement of ducted-fan flight,
with the ease and economy of largely preassembled foam parts
and electric power. And unlike glow jets, the T-33 can be
enjoyed by any flier who's assembled and flown an ARF.
- Tough, light styrene sheeted foam wings
and foam fuse arrive virtually prebuilt - wings feature
a durable plastic coating, and both wings and fuselage
undergo a special smoothing process that enhances appearance
and decal "stick"
- Outline captures the contours of the
USAF's original T-33 in true scale - dummy wingtip tanks
and "Thunderbird" decals speed detailing work (Note: Tanks
should be removed before flight.)
- Cuts the cost of trying jet flight,
because it includes both an AP29L Special Motor AND a
ducted fan unit for concentrated thrust - both are also
available separately
- Requires no high-start or catapult -
hits the sky with a handlaunch, and provides smooth stable
flight with light wing loadings and a Clark Y airfoil
