Big airplane for SPEED 400 -- 73” wingspan. There are so many reasons to buy this beautifully built airplane it’s hard to know where to start. In no particular order: the recommended motor/gear drive (GR1718 or GR1719) will produce thrust just slightly less than the weight of the airplane! Climbs will be VERY steep with resultant VERY short motor runs -- 2 hour flights look quite possible. Wing panels are strong handmade balsa D-tube structures for strength and maintenance of the airfoil (appears to be E-205). Wings and tail are fully covered and ready to use. Fuselage is VERY light white fiberglass. Manufacturer says “2-hour” assembly time but it looks easier than that. Specs: Wingspan 73”, wing area 455 sq.in., length 35.5”, flying weight about 25 oz., wing loading about 8 oz./ sq. ft. For rudder, elevator, throttle controls.
