Canterbury Sailplanes is proud to announce to release of
our first electric powered model. After months of absolute
fun opps I mean serious flight testing! The E-T is ready
for you.
I was having a few problems getting the
E-T to fly very well, so I roped in Electrical PhD Student
Tim Drysdale. Tim soon opptimaised the package of motor,
prop, battery and ESC, and along the way wrote a very comprehensive
instruction manual. Now the E-T flies really well, it is
fast, very aerobatic, fun at the slope and park, and excellent
for Electric Full Contact Combat EPPEFPC2(and no more towing
wossie streamers around!)
